During The Trip

PreTrip:

1 day prior to the pick up of your pet we will reach out to the numbers you provided for both pick up and drop off for our estimated time of arrival. We try to give the most accurate window of time for arrival as possible. Times are subject to change due to a variety of reasons as traffic, weather,  prior customers and time to care for the pets.

Baggage

Carry-on baggage: On Arete Transport trips we allow one small carry on. This can be the size of a small backpack. We do ask that you make the luggage you send with your pet is resealable so none of the contents are lost during transit. 

During the Trip:

We will send updates on location, pictures typically once a day. You are more than welcome to text the group chat for additional updates during the day. 

We understand this can be an exciting time. Please do not be afraid to reach out whenever you'd like an additional update. 

InTransit service

We transport in new model Dodge & Chrysler Mini vans. We provide 24/7 climate control. All passengers have continual access to water and are under drivers supervision for the duration of the trip. We provide meals as frequently as you require.

Drop Off: 

Time of drop off will be coordinated using the group chat. The final payment is due on arrival. We accept Venmo, cashapp, Zelle, Cash, Credit card.

We do not currently save any of your card information on file so it will need to be present at drop off if you desire to pay with a card.
