Can I Cancel/Change My Trip Without Fees?
If you desire to cancel your trip please contact us in the chat to the right, by email email@example.com or call/text 801-877-3145.
We will need your order number or last name to process the change. You can find your order number in the booking confirmation email that was sent to you at the time of booking.
- We allow up to two free changes if done within 48 hours of your scheduled transport. Pricing and availability may change on your future trips. In the case your new transport is more expensive you will need to pay the difference.
- All of our deposits are non refundable but the deposit amount can be applied to a new transport in the future if the scheduled transport is cancelled within 48 hours of the first prospective arrival date.
- All trip credits must be used within 1 year of original purchase date.
